A heart for Hannah

Happy Sunday! Bright and sunny here :) Here is a framed piece that I made for my daughter to put on her nightstand, next to her bed.

The heart is die cut with the SU! Hearts and Brackets. And then I went on digging for all kinds of embellishments to fill up the heart, layering some of them, and putting on different textures as well. (Note: this would be a good project to make after a major clean up when you find all kinds of treasures that you had forgotten about :) )

And then I placed the heart with plenty of Stampin' Dimensionals to make it pop up against its pink patterned paper backdrop. Stamped her initial on the corner. I finished with a length of Pink Pirouette ribbon on the frame.

Wouldn't this make a personalized and pretty hand made gift too for a little girl's birthday or a special friend? Just change the initial :) I need to stock up on these frames...

Recipe (all by SU! unless mentioned)
Frame: Ikea
Cardstock and paper: Chocolate Chip, Love You Much retired DSP
Stamp set: Taffy Alphabet
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Everything else: Pink Pirouette ribbon (retired), Hearts and Brackets die, Big Shot machine, Stampin' Dimensionals, various embellishments
