That is a sneak peek item of a new punch called Petite Pennants Builder Punch, that will be available starting July 1, 2011. Love it!! My little Hannah and me, we punched a bunch of these in different colors out of a stack of scraps. Good way to use up those scraps.
And matching stamp set called Pennant Parade, where I had stamped the asterisk image on those pennants in Versamark.
And then, I finished off with Early Espresso/ Whisper White twine and Crystal Effects dots.
The patterned paper is a new DSP called Just Add Cake.
