Nature Walk

Hello there, crafting friends... I hope you're enjoying your Saturday so far. Today is a day spent pottering around the house for me and I enjoy it :)

I am playing along with the latest FTL 124 sketch on Clean and Simple Stamping blog here:

and here is my version:

I have been making cutesy whimsical stuff lately, I am changing gear with this one. The stamp set is called Nature Walk. It is a collection of lovely nature images. My card base is Not Quite Navy and the patterned paper in the background is called Botanical Gazette DSP.

I added Chantilly lace, a Cherry Cobbler button (from the Regals designer button collection) tied with twine, a tiny flower that's bent up to show some dimension and a pearl in the center.

Pretty straightforward, really. Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up everything. I would be lost without those :)

And guess what I stumbled upon in the newsstand across the street the other day? Yes! The Martha Stewart Living Magazine in Bahasa Indonesia!! Of course, I got to buy it to check it out... Here is a story of the publication gone international.

I love poring through magazines.... :)
