A sweet treat from a friend

Good morning, crafting friends...

My friend Elysa went to Taiwan during the Christmas holiday with her family and she brought back these Taiwanese yummies: milk tea and a box of tiny pineapple tarts. The pineapple tarts have a dollop of pineapple jam inside. Mmm... We all love it, they were gone in 2 days!! Thank you, dear Elysa for the sweet treats!!

Here it is before tea time :) in one of those pretty mugs from my days of poring the market in Beijing.
Which inspired me to make a mini 3x3" card with the Tiny Teacup single stamp.

I had cut up some time before, several blank Crumb Cake mini cards just to have on hand. This comes in handy when you just want to stamp right away. One 12x12" card stock yields 8 mini 3x3" cards with no waste.

I grabbed the new Baby Blossoms stamp set (in the Occasions Mini catalog) which have a bunch of tiny and feminine flower images (think Laura Ashley or those English garden florals) and just randomly stamped all over the surface. Rose Red ink for the buds and Pear Pizzazz for the tiny leaves.

And then the Tiny Teacup stamp punched into a large oval. Finished off with a Pretty in Pink button.
Here is another of those mini bud blossoms, they are so pretty. I only stamped the sentiment focal point this time. The background is a new DSP called Springtime Vintage.

Thank you for visiting today, crafting friends. Please think of the tea cup as some time spent together in my craft room.

Hugs and happy stamping,
Liza
