Flight of the Butterfly

Made this last week for SC222 (a weekly sketch) over at SCS. I picked out my stamp set, Flight of the Butterfly and then picked a patterned paper and decided on my color combo. I thought it would be fun to pair rose red with certainly celery. So I went on working to follow my sketch. Stamped the focal image, matted it, and popped it up with dimensionals. I added 3 little white buttons to finish off, a gift from my friend/ stamping buddy, Marlene (her blog is on my side bar). Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like it.

Recipe:

Carstock and paper: certainly celery, whisper white cardstock, delicate dots DSP (from SAB 2009), Raspberry Tart DSP

Inks: rose red, certainly celery, choco chip.

The sweet stuff (aka. accesories): button, eyelet border punch, certainly celery grosgrain ribbon, dimensionals.

I like this idea :)
The lace effect makes this card looks soft and sweet! I am going to try out this!
